Another Dismissal!

Sometimes you just can’t avoid the fight. Some cases seem hopeless, but unless you get that offer you can’t refuse, you have to fight! My client was looking at a conviction that would cost him his job and alter his life. I thought my motion to suppress had only a slim chance, but when we showed up last Friday, it was granted. Another victory made possible because of a willingness to fight. Like I said, sometimes you can’t resolve matters without the fight.
