Hire the Attorney First

I’ve seen too many times when someone spends $10,000.00, $20,000.00 or more to bond out of jail. They then try to hire an attorney only to find out they no longer have enough money to do so. Hire the attorney first. A bondsman can’t save you money on your attorney, but an attorney can save you money on a bondsman. Beyond that, a bondsman gets you out of jail today, but doesn’t help at all in keeping you out. A good attorney can keep you out of jail for good. Spend your money on the attorney. He can get your bond lowered and keep you out of jail for good!
