Waiting for the Dog

Last week I had another case dismissed because law enforcement called for a drug dog instead of proceeding in a timely fashion to issue a ticket/warngin. That fact was not evident in any of their reports, but it was evident from watching the video of the stop. You always have to get and watch the video!!!
